Shipping Information

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you're from around the world. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers located globally ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

We are grateful for your support & are pleased to advise that our warehouses are fully operational to pack and dispatch your orders.

Due to Covid-19 our delivery timeframes have been impacted & items may take significantly longer to arrive using our free delivery method.

Please refer to shipping timeframes quoted at the checkout for estimated delivery to your destination. Please note some courier services are experiencing unexpected delays in transit, or delays in the providing tracking details.

We will continue to provide updates as we receive them and continue to deliver your orders as soon as possible. We do ask that you keep an eye on your tracking information for any updates.

Premium International shipping - After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. We use DHL & EMS depending on the delivery destination.

Economy International shipping - After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 30 to 50 business days . All orders are shipped by e-packet or standard shipping, which is the most cost effective product.
